Having started off my career in small town salons, I quickly fell in love with the craft of hairdressing despite limited opportunities for growth. At 21, I became self employed, working relentlessly behind the chair. I then joined Lime Salon Group, hard work and dedication led me to become Training Manager, where I earned my Assessors qualification. I now teach young budding artists, helping them to gain their qualifications, and I conduct education days with senior staff to foster their growth and artistry. I have also worked as a freelance educator for other professional brands, travelling to salons, holding education days that are brand driven.
